4. We will provide you with approximately 5 minutes of free diagnostics

5. After the first free period you will be expected to provide us with a Credit Card number to continue repairing the computer. Your Credit Card will not be charged until the end of the session.

6. We charge $60 per hour in 10 min increments rounding to the next highest. Example: 37 min is charged 40min. or $40.00
